His inventions dominated also flat tempering and bending and tempering furnace until 1980&#8217;ies. It was maybe the most profitable company in the world as <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">patents lasted!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>FLAT GLASS TEMPERING<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The first competitors of GLASSTECH Inc\u00a0 was Tamglass Engineering Oy\u00a0 whose products development director Pauli Reunam\u00e4ki.\u00a0 And finally ruled <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">radiation heating tempering furnaces with HTF furnaces and HTBS,<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">1980&#8217;ies.<\/span> Then came <span style=\"color: #333300;\">low emissive glasses in the market in 1990.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #333300;\"> At the same time stopped Tamglass Engineering Oy inventiveness.\u00a0 The name was changed to GLASTON Oyj.\u00a0<\/span> It has not invented in last 35 years nothing.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Many western companies tried.\u00a0 Everyone failed.\u00a0 Engineer Alberto Bertolini invented a great idea. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Lets make make a convection + radiation process.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Ex-Tamglass engineer copied HTF radiation heated furnace and added convection to it.\u00a0 For a great success it was christened <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">CONVAIR.\u00a0<\/span> CONV for convection, A for and,\u00a0 IR for irradiation. Its capacity was for 5 mm clear glass 26 loads\/hour and for triple silver glass only 5% higher.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #ff0000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In about 1996 were Tamglass\/GLASTON competed with <em>&#8221;ProConvection&#8221; <\/em>with <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">compressed air convection.\u00a0 Tamlass\/GLASTON tried\u00a0 to compete with CONVAIR .\u00a0 <em>&#8221;ProConvection&#8221;<\/em> was sold few furnaces.\u00a0 Then it was finished.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>In about 1996 sold Cattin quickly sold 5 convection heating furnaces. Tamglass bought Cattin immediately.\u00a0 Cattin furnaces fiascos. They were replaced by HTF furnaces.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">GLASSROBOTS<em> &#8221;RoboTemp&#8221; <\/em>made in 2003.\u00a0 The same ex-engineer who copied HTF furnaces to CONVAIR.\u00a0 He was the father of\u00a0 <em>&#8221;CONVAIR&#8221; and &#8221;RoboTemp&#8221;.\u00a0 <\/em>In 2003 were thought that long heaters were necessary like in HTF furnaces.\u00a0 \u00a0It\u00a0 <\/span>GLASTON turbo charged convection named <span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8221;SONIC&#8221;. <\/span>\u00a0SONIC process was fiasco.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">GLASTON FC-series started in 2010.\u00a0 I<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">t had proper matrix heating for convection air. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">FC-series is otherwise a copy of CONVAIR and RoboTemp.\u00a0 Marketing and sales were a great <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">success.\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">With false sales arguments.<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> Increasement of capacity was 40% and up to decrease of energy consumption was 30%. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">In reality of it was in the level RADIATION TYPE FURNACES\u00a0 without <strong><em>&#8221;heat transfer plate&#8221;<\/em> <\/strong>explained in FLAT GLASS TEMPERING:\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The air circulation illustration below.\u00a0 The photo below is mislead of customers and competitors\u00a0 It was made in this was.
