The final title was marketing manager with <em style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&#8221;bottom line responsibility.&#8221;\u00a0<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> I opened market practically worldwide with capital equipment. <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">This job taught me the importance innovations.<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">See <em><strong>&#8221;Competition&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> if you want to see what has happened in safety glass engineering since 1990&#8217;ies.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Safety Glass Industry<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">I joined to <strong>Tamglass Engineering Oy<\/strong>, later <strong>GLASTON Oyj<\/strong> as a <strong>Product Manager of<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Bending and Tempering.<\/strong>\u00a0 Tamglass\/GLASTON was an extremely profitable and arrogant company in 1990&#8217;ies with flat tempering furnaces ans winscreen bending furnaces. The &#8221;<em>bottom line\u201d<\/em> responsibility did not fit GLASTON. I was fired in 1992. <em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">I wanted to work in Finland.\u00a0 Therefore, I have kept offering Tamglass\/GLASTON management and board ideas, inventions and warned GLASTON\u00a0 of problems they were heading to. Not any answers. Finally I offered this to 4 majority shareholders. <em>The negative answers were very arrogant and insulting.<\/em> They think that I am the cause of GLASTON setbacks. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>Indirectly this true.\u00a0 A good lesson for any western technology company.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h4>FERACITAS\/Risto Nikander inventions are great.<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">In Tamglass\/GLASTON my responsibility cylindrical shape HTBS for door glasses of cars. Product development team failed to develop complex glass furnace for car rear glasses. I invented BTF.\u00a0 <em style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">GLASTON made BTF process 25 years later! Maybe with reverse curve patent of mine, FI88909. by which I tried to &#8221;blackmail&#8221; management to accept BTF.
